黃金價格周三下跌。美國央行重申今年下半年某時，將會升息，為市場利空。

紐約2月黃金下跌5.50美元，或0.5%，收於每盎司1285.90美元。在聯準會(Fed)政策聲明公布後，黃金削減了部份稍早的跌幅。

3月白銀反彈，收盤持平，報每盎司18.09美元。

Fed對經濟抱持樂觀態度，並提及成長穩固，就業增加強勁。央行官員重申，通貨膨脹可能上升至2%目標，關於緊縮貨幣政策方面，Fed可具有耐心。

周二，黃金價格再度上漲，美國公布耐久財訂單意外大幅下降，重創了股市，並引進了黃金的避險需求。

其他金屬方面，4月白金下跌5.80美元至每盎司1258.50美元。3月鈀金上漲15.55美元至每盎司796.30美元。

3月銅上漲2美分至每磅2.48美元。
