2年前扯警盾牌陳為廷遭起訴

（中央社記者劉世怡台北26日電）太陽花學運成員陳為廷被控在民國102年7月底立法院舉行兩岸服貿公聽會時，在場外與警方發生衝突，北檢今天偵結，起訴陳為廷。

立法院場外反服貿協議的學生及民眾訴求立即退回、拒審黑箱服貿協議，並要求警方打開立法院大門，讓他們進去換證參加公聽會。

抗議學生及民眾開始試圖攀爬圍牆，約20人進入立法院，但被警方制止後改在院內靜坐，另外包括陳為廷等其他人則在院外不停高喊「行使公民權、進入立法院」口號，隨後與警方發生推擠衝突，陳為廷當時拉扯警方盾牌。

台北地檢署今天偵結，認定陳為廷犯行明確，依妨害公務罪嫌起訴，同案被告蔡丁貴也遭到起訴，其他被告包含魏揚及林飛帆等人，因罪嫌不足，獲不起訴。1040126
