殺警案交保曾威豪派出所報到

（中央社記者林長順台北19日電）台北地方法院日前再度裁定被告曾威豪等人交保，並要求他們每週到派出所報到4次。曾威豪今晚9時30分準時報到，不發一語。

台灣高等法院15日撤銷富少曾威豪、劉芯彤等13名殺警案被告交保裁定，發回北院更裁，台北地院17日重開羈押庭。

合議庭歷經3小時審理，裁定曾威豪交保金從先前的新台幣500萬元調至1000萬元，在押的周柏諺50萬元交保，其餘被告維持原裁定30萬元到100萬元不等金額交保，原先在押的周柏諺也獲裁定50萬元交保。

法院表示，所有交保被告本週起，每週一、三、五、日晚上9時30分要到限制住所轄區派出所報到。

曾威豪由律師書面保證週一下午5時前，補足千萬元保證金，隨即離去。律師今天下午補足保證金，曾威豪也準時到派出所報到。1040119
