柯文哲受立委參選人王定宇邀請，今天一早搭高鐵南下，9點多到達永康大灣廣護宮參拜，「柯P旋風」無法擋，一下車就受到搶著握手要簽名的民眾包圍，現場擠得水洩不通，還有民眾自備書籍要給市長簽名。隨後前往虎山國小、仁德十鼓文創園區參訪。

柯文哲在十鼓文創園區受訪時表示，這次來台南取經沒有遇到賴清德有些遺憾，但台北應該跟全台取經，之後會有更多交流的機會；記者追問，一路上受到台南鄉親歡迎，大家說「北柯P、南賴神」有什麼看法，柯文哲笑答，「我們都是醫生，希望之後有機會可以跟他見面。」
