標題[請問] 林口長庚網路掛號和交通問題

1.以前是初診，所以有先到櫃台寫資料完成掛號，然後每一次都是有直接拿複診單，到了醫院後投遞複診單讓護士知道你已經到了，但這一次我是網路掛號，並沒有那一張排號單 (這樣講不知道懂不懂我意思~"~!) 所以到時候我到了醫院是直接投遞我的健保卡嗎? 我記得我完成網路掛號時，有寫一些事項，但我忘了上面寫了甚麼... 2.林口長庚往桃園機場的巴士爬文有一輛1356B路線這一輛還有行駛嗎?我GOOGLE搜尋有出現申請停駛不曉得是不是已經停駛了二月初要往返這兩處，現在才發覺原來林口去機場直達的大眾運輸工具只有一種以上兩個問題，請問各位板眾了，若我的敘述看不懂，我再補述，謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 203.177.73.10 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1421475532.A.C2F.html
