首例！醫生過勞猝倒　奇美醫院判賠780萬

台南奇美醫院住院醫師蔡伯羌，5年多前疑因工作超時在開刀房急性心肌梗塞倒地，台南高分院日前判奇美醫院須給付補償金780萬元給蔡伯羌，創下全台醫師職災獲賠首例。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，蔡伯羌每月工時約360小時，2009年4月準備參與手術時，在手術室突然急性心肌梗塞倒地，他腦部受損，清醒後只記得同事、不認得老婆孩子，他的妻子訴請醫院給付退休金及職災賠償。台南高分院日前認定奇美醫院與蔡有勞動關係，須給付補償金780萬元。奇美醫院昨稱，院方尚未收到判決書，無法回應。（胡治言／綜合報導）
