AMOLED 螢幕烙印更換？

我的galaxy J，是去年八月購買的
現在已經有烙印的情形發生
我用手機打*#0*#
進入之後進行顏色的測試
發現在藍色時狀態列那邊會出現烙印的現象
我目前保固還在
請問這樣可否申請更換螢幕面板？
是免費嗎？那如果是已經破保了會怎樣？
懇請各位大大分享一下自己的經驗謝謝
