求助, 幫忙評估裝潢設計報價單

最近新成屋剛交屋, 地點在新北市, 室內坪數約40坪, 3房2廳1書房, 挑高3米5, 我們找了朋友介紹的設計師幫忙設計裝潢, 以下是該設計師傳給我們的報價單, 爸媽看了之後覺得很多地方似乎都有浮報的狀況, 但本身不是專業, 不了解市價現況, 所以想求助大家幫忙評估一下這些報價的合理性, 非常感謝!!

P.S. 已附上室內格局圖, 然後木工家具部分設計師認為使用系統櫃會縮短工期, 減少甲醛的疑慮, 我們是要求使用歐德的系統櫃來報價, 謝謝

UPDATE: 設計師這份報價沒更新日期, 確實是上週才報的價喔, 謝謝
