有廠商受委託製造知名雕刻大師朱銘的作品時，竟偷偷複製模具重製，再偽造朱銘落款署名和編碼販售，調查局北部機動站接獲檢舉，報請士林地檢署指揮偵辦，23日兵分23路搜索鑄銅廠商及下游通路業者，查扣仿品約50件，並帶回9人約談，晚間移送地檢署複訊。

朱銘及朱銘基金會，因發現民眾所帶來鑑定真偽的朱銘作品，有2成居然都是仿冒的，因此不惜花費重金買仿冒品搜證，今年11月調查局北部機動站接獲基金會提出的告訴，報請士林地檢署指揮調查。

根據《自由時報》報導，檢調發現，曾受到朱銘委託製作作品的鑄銅工廠，未經朱銘授權竟偷偷複製模具重製，再偽造朱銘落款署名和編碼販售。

檢方23日兵分23路搜索鑄銅工廠及下游通路業者，分別前往台北社子、桃園蘆竹、苗栗苑裡、台中烏日、彰化芬園及南投等地區，並查扣仿品約50件，帶回9人約談，晚間移送地檢署複訊。
