捷運噴尿襲女臀　缺錢水電工判拘30天

楊姓水電工（35歲）今年8月初在台北捷運府中站，尾隨2名女子並朝她們臀部噴尿，落網後還辯稱「只是清水」，事後才改口承認噴的是自己的尿。新北地院今考量楊男已認罪，依公然侮辱罪共判處拘役30天，可用3萬元易科罰金確定。
 
判決指出，楊男在今年8月5日傍晚的下班時刻，先在捷運府中站上廁所，用紙杯裝了個人尿液，才在捷運站內伺機挑選作案目標，先趁李姓女子上電扶梯，朝李女臀部噴射尿液，犯後立即逃跑，10分鐘後再對倪姓女子下手。
 
警方接到兩名女被害人報案，調閱監視器畫面循線逮到楊男，但楊男一開始辯稱是用礦泉水潑人，直到新北地檢署庭訊時，楊男改口坦承所噴是尿液，因個人近來經濟壓力大，才用此來發洩。（孫友廉／新北報導）
