定期儲蓄的利率是1.375%
貸款利率就是1.375%+0.465%
0.465%就是銀行要賺的利差
也就是說,你存100萬在銀行
銀行給你的利率是1.375%
但是,如果你在銀行借100萬
償還的利率則是1.375%+0.465%

找一下,APP有軟體可以算
印象中借100萬,以2%的年利率計算,分20年本利攤還
每個月應該在5000多,所以你借600萬的話大約每個月3萬
