進一步融資。李寧公司建議向每持有12股股份的股東發行5份可換股證券，預計籌集15-17億港元，供股價每股2.60港元，較公告前最後交易日收市價折讓25％。此為2013以來公司第二次融資。

資金用途。募集資金主要用於改善營運資本，大部分將致力於新產品開發及渠道改善，約30％將用於償還短期債務以優化資本結構，僅少量資金用於直營渠道擴張。

維持沽售。管理團隊變動帶來的執行風險和資本支出及運營成本高企仍將帶來短期陣痛。若可轉股證券悉數行使后將導致每股盈利大幅攤薄。目標價降至2.80港元。
