事情是這樣子的。我在露X拍賣購買了A物品，但收到卻是B物品，經過詢問賣家說是包裝錯誤要我寄還給他，他再補寄正確的給我。但我認為寄還回去的費用不是應該要賣家負擔嗎?畢竟當初是他弄錯，我沒義務要多出一筆費用。現在賣家卻說我寄回去也沒跟你收取費用，所以退貨的運費要我自行吸收，而且還嗆明說不然就不要換= =|||| 請問各位我有可以保護自己權益的方法嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.34.44.217 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1418489426.A.F97.html
