重摔跟亂丟是故意，多半是耍帥、沒品

在無法順利收起啞鈴時，無論多重，能夠緩慢且小心的丟到地板，即使一次、兩次發出聲音，

我覺得都是可以接受的

還有一種是，沒那種屁股收起啞鈴或是輕放到地板，還硬要做重，

然後每次都要丟到地板發出聲音，這種就很討厭
