（中央社紐約17日綜合外電報導）石油和製藥企業的大手筆購併行動，今天推升美股標準普爾指數創新高，道瓊指數也差點創下新高。

標普小漲1.37或0.07%，以2041.19作收。

道瓊上揚12.94或0.07%，收在17647.68，差點再創新高；科技股那斯達克指數跌17.54或0.37%，收4671.00。(中央社)
