給在夜間於馬路上跑步、騎自行車的同好

由於工作是輪班性質，今天夜間下班在返家的路上，
有名身穿暗色(可能是黑)上衣及下褲於馬路機車道上跑步，
由於該路段沒甚麼路燈，我一直到接近他時才發現，當時又飄著細雨
當下真有想要幹譙他的衝動。
若您有於夜間路跑的習慣，請您慎選地點，還有穿著，
健身的同時請注意自身安全，也請尊重用路人。

夜騎的朋友要多留意喔！不論法規是否會開罰，都應該要加裝反光設備於車體及身上,保護自身安全。

道路交通安全規則第119條和128條，明確規定自行車應該加裝燈光與反光設備，並在夜間行車時打開燈光。台北和彰化分別發生自行車因未加裝照明設備，發生車禍被判刑案例，值得車友注意。
