印月向樹森進問題牛肉 只供員工餐

問題牛油繼續延燒，樹森牛肉是全台主要牛肉供應商之一，台中市政商名流最愛的「印月餐廳」也傳出用到問題牛油，台中市衛生局上午派員稽查。

副總經理王永勳出面澄清，今年4月起向樹森進的59.9公斤重組牛肉，全用旗下7家品牌169名人員的員工餐，昨已封存所剩的19.07公斤將退貨。衛生局稽查人員在場表示，印月的解釋合理。

王永勳說，依印月及旗下的法月、孔雀3家餐廳的用肉半年不止用59.9公斤，全數用作員工餐。印月的員工餐吃牛肉、海膽當作試菜，也引起在場媒體驚呼「真吃得真好」。
