對抗伊波拉　薩克柏捐7.5億

伊波拉肆虐，臉書執行長薩克柏（Mark Zuckerburg）與妻子，宣佈向美國疾控中心基金會捐出2,500萬美元（約台幣7億5千萬），協助抗疫。

另外，美國全國廣播公司（NBC）醫療新聞記者斯奈德曼（Nancy Snyderman），承認採訪隊部份人違反自我隔離規定，公開道歉。NBC攝影記者穆波（Ashoka Mukpo）月初在賴比瑞亞感染伊波拉，返回內布拉斯加州治療，斯奈德曼等回國後，須自我隔離21天。不過，當地媒體指她上周在紐澤西州一間餐廳出現。她周一發表道歉聲明。

英國倫敦希斯路機場周二起為來自西非疫區的旅客進行篩檢，但首日有西非旅客抵埗後不須篩檢也可「通行」。有旅客形容檢疫措施是「笑話」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
