男子異想天開用鐵釘「入珠」。大陸1明男子有勃起障礙，為了要重現雄風竟然找了一根長13公分的鐵釘「入珠」，希望可以撐起陰莖。

據英國《鏡報》報導，該名男子現年57歲想透過性能力找到另一半，當他「入珠」後第一次做愛時，鐵釘往後跑刺破膀胱。

男子剛開始不以為意，還覺得自己蠻厲害可以想出用鐵釘「入珠」，成效也不錯，直到後來感到非常不舒服，才就醫。

醫生檢查發現，鐵釘刺穿膀胱，緊急動手術將男子體內的鐵釘取出。醫生表示如果再晚一步，很可能就喪命。
