每逢出包就神隱　邱文達遭諷「躲避球高手」

餿水油風暴延燒逾30天，重創全台，屏東地檢署昨將製售餿水油業者郭烈成及強冠、進威公司負責人等8人，依違反《食品安全衛生管理法》及詐欺等罪起訴，求處重刑；衛生福利部長邱文達則是丟官，於昨晚宣布請辭，行政院長江宜樺火速准辭，遺缺由次長林奏延暫代。

今日出版的《蘋果日報》報導，邱文達出身醫師世家，專長是神經外科，曾任台北醫學大學校長。3年8個月前他接任衛生署長，去年改組後擔任首任衛福部長，他任內歷經5次重大食安風暴，前4次靠神隱、閃躲安然過關，遭外界批為「神隱部長」、「躲避球高手」。

不具名的醫界大老評價，邱八面玲瓏，對名譽相當重視，但任內確實沒有令人印象深刻的政績，「也許還是當醫師最好！」(葉國吏／綜合報導)
