不化妝也美呆惹！　藤原紀香凍齡撇步看這邊

43歲日本女星藤原紀香日前開設部落格，除了頻頻更新內容衝點閱率，周二還公開她的素顏照，贏得網友廣大迴響，稱讚她不化妝也很迷人，對於她的肌膚Q彈沒有皺紋，更是嘖嘖稱奇。前天她大方透露自己的凍齡撇步，與粉絲搏感情，也印證了「世界上只有懶女人，沒有醜女人」這句話的道理。
 
她表示，每天早上起床後都會泡澡，而且溫度要比常溫稍微高一些，加速全身新陳代謝的循環，然後再以冷熱水交替的方式，用毛巾擦臉數次，泡澡時順便要按摩頭皮，藉以達到拉提臉部線條的作用。
 
她擔心肌膚乾燥，無論搭機或下榻飯店，都要勤於敷臉保濕，洗完臉也要馬上擦化妝水和乳液，持之以恆才可能延緩老化的腳步，還得意地說：「我到現在還沒去打過玻尿酸或是做過微整形呢！」（王怡文／綜合報導）
