人質遭斬首　法國加強反恐措施

法國總統府25日發佈聲明指，法國總統歐蘭德當天在愛麗舍宮總統府召集國防會議，決定在法國公共場所和公共交通系統加強實施反恐預防措施。

聲明指聯合國安理會24日通過決議，要求各國通過邊界管制、情報共享和立法等措施制止恐怖分子流動及實施恐怖行動，法國準備在這方面加強與各國合作，法國將繼續在伊拉克的軍事行動，以支持伊拉克政府，削弱激進組織「伊斯蘭國」，助伊拉克重獲穩定和安全。法國還決定加強支持正與極端組織作戰的敘利亞反對派。

鑒於法國登山家古荷戴爾（Herve Pierre Gourdel）遭斬首，歐蘭德當天在內閣會議上決定26日、27日和28日三天，法國全國將降半旗對遇害者表示哀悼。 一個宣誓效忠「伊斯蘭國」的極端組織阿爾及利亞團體「哈里發戰士旅」（Jund al-Khilifa）24日發佈斬首影片，表示這是報復法國攻擊「伊斯蘭國」。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
