有大陸網友爆料，柯震東經紀公司老闆柴智屏和公司總經理呂小佳，因涉嫌刑事犯罪遭到限制出境，還公布一張「吉林檢察院」的公文，比對2人的生日、護照號碼等資訊都吻合，但柴智屏的工作人員表示，柴智屏人是在國外，但不是在中國，是接到媒體電話才知情。

根據《TVBS新聞台》報導，有記者媒體聯絡柴智屏，柴智屏第一時間表示是誤傳，但看到網路資料後懷疑自己可能真的遭限制出境，將於26日到大陸官方做確認。
