台鐵編號1163車次區間車今天從內壢火車站南下時，撞上軌道上的水泥塊，延誤北上、南下30車次，影響7750人。

1163車次是由基隆開往新竹的區間車，今天行經內壢至中壢間的平交道時，撞上掉落在地上的水泥塊，導致列車頭底下的排障器損壞，無法自動退回內壢站。

因列車受損，導致300名旅客受困區間車上，台鐵也安排1167車次於西線接駁，但因延誤時間超過50分鐘，引起旅客抱怨連連。

交通部台灣鐵路管理局表示，因平衡鎚掉落，鋼索斷裂後一併把牆上水泥塊扯下，才會掉落在軌道上。共造成30列次延誤，累積誤點1327分鐘，影響7750人，目前已經排除事故，完成雙線通車。(中央社)
