大家好 想問問大家 我之前有份工作做了五年多 內勤財會人員 不算有名公司 但是上市公司 和主管及同事間還算可以 福利也還ok 離職前也沒撕破臉 但部門間內鬥嚴重 長久下來 心生倦怠 想說換個環境試試也好 但接下來去的兩間也是各有利弊 有的福利少很多 但是同事好相處 有的多幾k但是升上去的空間有限 且同事未必好相處 現在在選擇未來的過程中突然冒出回舊公司的選項 好歹每個工作細節都熟悉 但不知行的通嗎 會不會不好 我離開一年多 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.245.65.179 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1411031301.A.213.html
