甩肉塞婚紗？伊能靜吞無味餐

伊能靜日前答應秦昊求婚，並宣告明年2月再嫁，或許已在準備當個美麗新娘，她在微博分享瘦身心得，鼓勵姊姊妹妹們跟她這樣做：「吃了十天沒有任何調料，清燙的白肉、蔬菜（菠菜、花椰菜等深綠蔬菜）、米飯、紅薯。很多人說沒味道！其實吃久了更能吃到蕃茄的甜、蔬菜的鮮、肉質好壞。甜點配紫米、紅豆、銀耳，每頓七分飽，十天瘦了四斤（2公斤）。可見調料熱量高，也會增加胃口吃過飽。接下來按摩，加強緊實～妹紙～堅持就能看見腰身～」
 
她並po出自拍照，雙頰明顯削瘦，她強調是採用健康方式：「不節食、三餐照吃喔！只是沒有調味料！白肉是魚、豬、雞！還可以喝甜點黑糖煮紅豆～很健康，不過不準備再瘦了～緊實按摩要搭配瘦身霜喔！用捏敲方式！加油！」果然是「美麗教主」，一番話相當有說服力。（吳惠菁／綜合報導）
