離婚沒錢兒身障　臨時工挾子跳鐵軌

嘉義市警局一分局竹園派出，日前接獲報案，指興業西路地下道迴轉道到有男子抱著男童欲輕生；警方火速趕抵到，見中年男子酒後情緒不穩，帶著幼子欲跳下鐵道自殺，巡佐梁榮哲柔性勸說，另警員陳文芳和消防局救護人員，趁其分心將他從鬼門關拉下帶回派出所安撫。
 
警方調查，45歲當鐵工臨時工的陳男，已離婚帶著有智能障礙的10歲兒子和老母親同住，陳男向警方訴苦指出，工作不穩定沒什收入，加上兒子又身心障礙，覺得人生沒意義，陳男兒子不斷在旁哭泣，警方勸他做傻事解決不了問題，並通知社會處關注陳男家庭。最後，由陳男的妹妹趕到，助將哥哥勸回家。（徐彩媚／嘉義報導）
