部屬遇害渾然不知！薛貞國遭圍毆致死　長官在樓上慶生

14日凌晨發生在台北市信義區ATT 4 Fun夜店Spark殺警案，員警薛貞國和莊瑞源獲報現場有人聚眾滋事，前往現場處理，不慎造成薛貞國死亡、莊瑞源受傷的悲劇，殺警一案引發全國關注。不料現傳出事發當時，2人的長官小隊長鄭宏振，卻在同棟大樓的9樓夜店慶生，對樓下事發當時情況渾然不知。

殺警案目前3名嫌犯，包括曾威豪、蕭叡鴻和劉芯彤，目前分別遭收押至台北看守所和台北女子看守所。曾男因在事發前一天和友人到夜店消費，與其他客人發生衝突，當時安管人員請他們離開，曾男與友人出手毆打安管，離開前還向對方嗆聲會討回來。14日凌晨，曾男和劉女回到夜店出入口，他們撂人喬事，警員薛貞國原本在休假，他接獲同小隊莊姓員警通報，前往了解處理，沒想到卻被毆死。

警方調查發現，當天薛貞國在附近的另一棟大樓夜店內和友人聚會，之後因接到莊員電話稱說「出事了」，才趕往ATT 4 Fun，不料2人還是遭多名惡煞圍毆。根據《自由時報》報導，事發當時2人的長官鄭宏振，正好在9樓的MYST夜店和友人慶生，不知樓下發生事情，直到安管人員通知，他下樓時卻為時已晚。

鄭宏振在接受內部調查時，承認當晚確實人在夜店，但面對外人詢問，卻稱說「我沒去」。台北市警方表示，當天薛、莊、鄭等人都休假，夜店也非列管的「不妥當場所」，此事發生後會調整刑責區，其他處分視行政調查結果而定。
