是德 助台積新品上市

安捷倫科技量測事業群於今年8月正式分割成立為是德科技，預計於11月在紐約證交所掛牌。是德在台客戶包括聯發科（2454）、台積電等，預計隨著4G、物聯網等新應用興起，是德將與客戶密切配合，協助客戶新產品快速上市。

台灣是德科技董事長暨總經理張志銘表示，是德科技從8月1日起由安捷倫分割出來，負責電子量測業務。2013年會計年度營收為29億美元（約新台幣870億元）預期今年業績會持續成長。

是德三大業務領域包括通訊、工業與半導體，以及航太國防。張志銘指出，目前以通訊、工業與半導體業務的成長較多。

張志銘說，通訊業務包括行動裝置、基地台與相關零組件的測試需求，隨著行動通訊進入4G、5G階段，裝置複雜性變高，對測試的要求也會變高。

台灣是德表示，現在智慧手機甚至可支援五模13頻，整合度必須很高，所以測試需求也不斷增加。張志銘強調，是德希望與客戶成為合作夥伴，協助讓客戶的產品能及時上市。是德近期已對外展示最新的模組化儀器與解決方案，包括全系列單槽式PXI向量網路分析儀等。
