綠委爆：監委被提名人蔡正河行賄

繼監察委員被提名人林建山被爆學歷造假並退出監委提名後，民進黨立委尤美女今在臉書再爆料，另一名被提名人蔡正河2011年任職馬偕醫院院長時，為求連任，竟在院長選舉前向醫院董事行賄四萬元。

尤美女表示，蔡正河行賄時不但遭到嚴拒，還被提報到董事會，被評議為不正當行為，並「經董事會票決，認為不正當者9票，認為正當者1票，空白票3票。蔡前院長送禮券4萬元給某董事不正當行為。並訓示院方爾後不得再有類似行為」。尤美女說，在此行賄醜聞揭露之後，蔡正河也因為連任失敗而結束院長任期。
