標題[請益] OFFER選擇(群暉&研華)

小弟現在面臨轉職的選擇 這是人生中二次的轉職 所以想要長久且有發展性的公司 現在有收到這兩間的OFFER 兩間最大的差異就差在 "年薪"以及"職缺" 所以想請問各位高手的寶貴意見 群暉 研華 地點: 台北中山區 內湖科學園區 交通: 火車20分鐘 騎車20分鐘 職缺: 品管專員 硬體工程師 工時: 10~12hr 8~10hr 福利: 三節2個月 中秋端午送禮盒 獎勵金(保4以上) +年終平均2~3個月(不保障) +福利點數... 薪資: N*18~2X (N+4K)*14~15 以年薪來說群暉會多研華10~20W 但以職缺來說 1.群暉的職缺跟以往的經歷比較不同些 所以挑戰性十足 2.研華的職缺就是走老本行 但在這裡可以更精進自己在這領域的專業 兩家都是很好的公司 真的很難選擇 所以想請各位高手給小弟一些寶貴的建議~ 謝謝各位~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 36.230.90.30 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1410854081.A.4B1.html
