嘉市長參選人涂醒哲發表食安政見

嘉義市長參選人、前衛生署長涂醒哲今天下午在競選總部帶多名食品業代表，發表食安政見說，食安事件層出不窮，要從行政、科學及行銷三方面著手，確保食安。

他說，簡言之即「興利除弊」，在除弊方面，當選市長將籌組食品安全委員會，與店家簽署保證書切結，採取不定期抽查，主動公布結果，對不肖業者嚴懲重罰，鼓勵民眾與食品業員工檢舉不法；在興利部分，初期邀集50至百家廠商參加，透過產學合作，針對不同商品及商家特色行銷。涂說，餿水油風暴，衛福部長邱文達不是應不應該下台，而是一定會被總統馬英九換下台。
