廢食油流向缺口 環保署：攤販、小吃店

餿水油食安風暴，環保署日前表示每年產生的廢食用油達七、八萬噸，回收才二萬噸，其他則不知去向，且廢食用油算「有價資源」並非「廢棄物」，環保署並不清楚食用油數量和流向。

環保署副署長張子敬今天出席公聽會時表示，問題出在依規定一定資本額以上和營業額以上的廢食用油要上網申報流向，但攤販、小型小吃店等約有2、3萬噸廢食用油無法納管。如何將小型飲食業的廢食用油納入管理，環保署9月12日研議結論，未來宣導業者簽訂合約，並檢討列管事業門檻，加強廢食用用的流向掌控。

根據環保署近兩年資料顯示，去年廢食用油申報量約2.8萬噸，今年1到8月則約2.4萬噸，出口量約1萬多公噸，總計共3.8萬公噸，約占整體廢食用油50%。
