多倫多台灣人社團聯誼會己將募集的2萬元加元正式捐給高雄，協助氣爆受害人及災後重建。

捐獻儀式在長青學苑董事長黃麗美，台僑服務中心副董事長葉明泰，多倫多台灣聯合教會牧師伍?豪，及多倫多台灣人聯誼會各會會長、理事等見證下，由前僑選立法委員林哲夫代表接受。

林哲夫將直接將捐款交予台灣基督長老教會的救災專戶，直接協助高雄市政府及受災災民。(中央社)
