今年年初時,我朋友的HTC New One 有紫光問題,所以打電話要求換機,HTC也給換。他 換到之後很開心的拿了沒紫光的相機拍照,但用不到五分鐘就不能上網、不能撥電話,別 人也打不進來,後來又報修兩次,兩次都說沒問題,直接退還。再後來客服實在很難打通 ,我朋友直接去直營店向店員說明,而店員也證實手機有問題,填了單子報修,而報修後 兩個禮拜的結果竟然又是說手機沒問題。到現在九月了,我朋友還是無法正常使用他的手 機,只得暫時拿別的頂替... 請問遇到這種超無賴狀況應該要怎麼處理? -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.70.217.200※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1410804388.A.C15.html
