這輩子最臭…侯昌明吞回鍋油大變臉

餿水油風暴越演越烈，侯昌明日前主持美食健康節目《請你跟我這樣過》，現場試吃製作單位從炸雞攤要來的回鍋油，他臉部猙獰直說：「這是我這輩子聞過最臭的東西，而且吃完好想嘔吐，活到現在居然吃了這麼多餿水油，難怪我都覺得我有點老人痴呆。」
 
藝人劉雨柔立刻大推椰子油，稱椰子油可預防老人痴呆，與唇蜜感覺很像，「有點苦苦的味道」，侯在現場鼓譟下試吃椰子油表示：「好油，不太好吃，但要是可以預防老人痴呆，我可以吃一大罐。」
 
醫藥記者洪素卿在節目中列出3大餿水油食物，包括糕餅類（綠豆椪、太陽餅等）、蔥油餅、泡麵醬包，「聞起來很香的，基本上都是使用餿水油」，洪建議：「大家可以做實驗，把酥餅類的食物放在衛生紙上，一天後再去看衛生紙，整張都會被油吸附，而酥餅會變得沒甚麼香味，這就是用不好的動物油做成的。」（顏馨宜／台北報導）
