餿水豬油流向烘焙業　中衛生局查供應商

台中市衛生局今持續稽查強冠餿水豬油流向，今上午前往潭子區立達食品有限公司稽查，該公司專供烘焙業原料，經理許仁豪表示，跟強冠進貨約2年，月前曾幫新北一家業者代訂11桶問題豬油，將提供資料給中市衛生局稽查人員追蹤。但根據衛生局的資料從3月至8月是51桶，並非11桶。
 
許仁豪強調，過去2年向強冠進的是酥油、白油以及無水奶油，非出問題的全統香豬油，豬油僅是代訂。稽查人員在現場發現上述油品，現場未查獲香豬油，業者坦言，未來將考慮是否繼續和強冠合作。
 
中市衛生局稽查科專員林炎英指出，直到昨晚為止，該局共稽查165個點，包含糕餅業者、夜市攤商以及製造商，中市目前尚未發現全統香豬油，不過，業者有疑慮自主封存味全肉鬆198罐，稽查行動將持續。（蕭夙眉／台中報導）
