基本工資案　勞動部代部長：由委員討論決定

勞動部將在下周一舉行基本工資審議委員會，會議主席、勞動部代理部長郝鳳鳴今出席勞保納保人數破千萬慶祝記者會時表示，基本工資審議是委員的權限，能否達到勞團要求的2萬3500元以上，要看委員的討論結果而定。
 
郝鳳鳴說，勞保64年來發出去各項給付高達3.8兆元，累積已經有370萬名勞工獲得勞保勞年給付的照顧；接下來重要的是要勞保財務制度健全，以他研究社會保險3年的經驗來看，絕對不會發生失控、領不到年金的問題，「短期要馬上解決不容易，但長期規劃應可解決。」
 
總統馬英九則在致詞時表示，勞保年金2009年實施後，選領年金的勞工由一開始的66%，到現在已經高達82%，他曾詢問過一位領年金的基層勞工看法，該勞工表示，原來領一次給付，總有用完的一天；但領年金後，至少不必向兒女伸手要錢，差別就是在「有尊嚴」的感覺。（唐鎮宇／台北報導）
