http://ppt.cc/19G3 Samsung 的第二個教訓也是很多國產手機可能面臨的一個大坑，就是有銷量，沒用戶。我 曾經聽一個 Samsung 高管說，他們一年賣這麼多手機，但不知道用戶是誰。這是最可怕 的，沒有用戶數據，就很難有粉絲體系，沒有粉絲就沒有未來。 這篇提到三星現在困境之一是 銷售量雖大，但缺乏用戶數據 以用戶數據搜集來說 蘋果: 系統、軟體、服務、appstore、支付....一手掌握，用戶數據清楚 google: 類似上面，且還有強大的搜尋引擎資料 亞馬遜: 類似蘋果，再加上龐大的電子商務資料 小米: 賣出的硬體會掃描用戶所有資訊，自動上傳 (miui rom不曉得會不會) 獵豹app也會 所以小米也不缺明確的用戶數據 至於其他家，三星、htc、雙a..... 好像就沒有什麼有效的手段，去認識和了解用戶 這邊說的用戶數據 指的範圍比較廣，用戶的喜好(瀏覽、購物、日常生活....) 光只有產品註冊那種的資料根本不夠 @@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.87.173.30 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1408181439.A.423.html
