陸委會副主委張顯耀請辭 林祖嘉接任

陸委會特任副主委張顯耀請辭，已獲行政院同意，對於辭職原因，政院只簡單說是「家庭因素」。連同接任的副主委林祖嘉，行政院今天上午一口氣公布四位部會副首長人選，包括由陸委會政務副主委林祖嘉接任特任副主委；陸委會政務副主委一職則由現任海基會副秘書長施惠芬接任。

另外，客委會常務副主委鍾萬梅轉任政務副主委後，其職缺由現任客委會文教處處長范佐銘接任。教育部政務次長由現任文藻大學校長林思伶接任。
