標題[問題] 年前離職在拿到年終後說，還是之前?

版上大大 小弟目前在越南外派工作 因為在小公司工作，年終是老闆決定(去年所有員工都是發兩個月) 因為生涯規劃的關係，打算年後離職 但問題來了 我們除夕前一天返台吃尾牙、拿年終、抽獎(抽現金) 如果我在拿年終前講我要離職 怕在尾牙上遭受異樣態度對待或年終上有所減少 (因為是小公司尾牙辦在餐廳) 但如果是年後開工講的話 初五搭飛機返越南 我到越南的機票沒取消，多花一筆錢(也許公司會要求我付這筆機票費) 請問版上大大 我該甚麼時候提出離職呢? 小弟進退兩難 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 115.79.43.204 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1408120342.A.184.html
