為還人情債代買票　農民賄選遭起訴

今年4月台中市一名林姓男子登記參選台中農田水利會第12選區會務委員，一名50歲劉姓農田水利會會員為感謝林男曾協助他整治灌溉溝渠，竟為還「人情債」，自掏腰包9600元，以每票300元價格找親朋好友幫林男買票。

台中地檢署今依違反《農田水利會組織通則》起訴劉男，11名收受賄款的農民因坦承犯行並繳回賄款獲緩起訴。（許淑惠／台中報導）
