政府提議接手後 馬航股票今天上漲

「馬來西亞航空公司」繼上週政府提議接手重整之後，今天一早，股票在「吉隆坡」股市一開盤就上揚。

馬航今年以來，連續遭到兩起重大空難，重創公司財務，上周五公司更是暫停股票交易。不過，隨後傳出馬來西亞政府主權基金願意接手重整，使得馬航股票今天一早從上週收盤的0.24馬幣節節上漲，今天早盤一度衝到每股0.265馬幣，到中午時，又再回到每股0.25馬幣左右。

馬來西亞國家主權基金「哈薩納公司」目前擁有馬航百分之69.4的股權，「哈薩納」已經提議以每股0.27馬幣(約合新台幣2.5元)的價格收購馬航剩餘股票。

不過，市場分析師預估，受到馬航財務狀況不佳及架構重整的影響，第二季馬航股票會下跌。

去年馬航已虧損了3億6千4百萬美元，這是公司連續第三年財政赤字。今年第一季財報又顯示，公司淨損一億 3千八百多萬美元。(照片取材自網路)
