【更新】黃景泰涉貪案　刑大股長50萬元交保

為調查基隆市議長黃景泰涉貪案後續，基隆地檢署昨指揮廉政署，前往搜索基隆市刑大科技對股長高振楹住家及辦公室，並將高振楹與兒女等三人帶回地檢署訊問。同時基隆市警局，昨也發出聲明稿，指出高振楹經調查如有涉案，絕不護短。
 
由於高振楹辯護律師陳明暉，與黃景泰為同一人，偵查庭上遭檢方要求撤換，「當心與黃案有利害關係」，臨陣換林富貴為辯護律師，林透露檢方在庭上，詢問高的兩兒女，家中經濟狀況、是否有房貸等基本背景。
 
基隆地檢署12小時漏夜訊問高振楹，今天凌晨12時許，檢方聲請羈押高振楹，關於檢方偵訊內容，高的辯護律師林富貴滿臉愁容表示，「偵查不公開！」不願透露，高的兒子與刑大科技隊同仁也到場關切。因高振楹向院方表示，因年紀大身體微恙，庭上決議今天早上再開羈押庭。

羈押庭今天上午11時許，裁定高振楹以50萬元交保，限制出境。（陳偉周、戴之聖／基隆報導）
