歐洲央行總裁德拉吉周四說，俄羅斯對歐盟出口的制裁，是否會對歐元區溫和的經濟復甦造成重大衝擊，現在評估尚嫌太早。

然而，他表示除非歐元區與克里姆林宮之間的交互制裁升高，否則歐元區經濟復甦將會持續。

「在危機開始之時，很難評估其衝擊，」德拉吉在記者會上說。「觀看貿易與金融流量數據，大致上透露出相關情況非常有限。」

周四稍早，俄羅斯外長Medvedev公布了對西方制裁回應的內容，包括對廣泛系列食品禁止進口，並考慮更廣泛的報復措施。
