標題[問題] asus v550c疑難排解

廠牌:asus 型號:v550c 購入日期:今年四月 距上次使用正常時間:一星期前 OS版本:WINDONS 8 平常作業內容:LOL上網 有無內建還原功能(Y/N): 問題內容: 此電腦於今年四月購買，上禮拜安裝windows update更新檔案後就出現問題， 例如所有程式都無法開啟， 進入桌面的時候一直都會有全藍色畫面 (下方有一個取消 按鍵，但是都沒有用)，現在我想重新安裝作業系統於開機就按F9，可是出現這個訊息 "無法重設你的電腦，缺少必要的磁碟機分割"，如果選擇全部重新安裝就出現 "安裝的windons的磁碟機已被鎖定，請解除鎖定該磁碟機，後再試一次。 請問要怎麼找到缺少必要的磁碟機分割或是解鎖磁碟機呢?? 麻煩各位，謝謝你的幫忙。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 60.240.148.191 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Notebook/M.1406017887.A.D29.html
