中度颱風麥德姆撲台，根據中央氣象局今(22)日下午4點15分最新一報的訊息指出，目前中颱麥德姆的暴風圈已經逐漸進入臺灣東南部陸地，而台東縣政府傍晚則在縣府網站上公告指出，台東縣全縣自今日晚間18時起，以及明(23)日全天停止上班上課。

根據行政院人事行政總處收到來自各縣市政府訊息，蘭嶼鄉今天下午停止上班、停止上課；宜蘭縣今天晚上18:00起停止上班、停止上課；花蓮縣今天晚上18:00起停止上班、停止上課；綠島鄉今天晚上18:00起停止上班、停止上課。台東縣府傍晚則在網站上貼出人事處通知：台東縣全縣自今(22)日晚間18時起及明(23)日全天停止上班上課。

根據中央氣象局4點15分最新資料顯示，麥德姆颱風中心過去3小時移動速度略為加快，目前在花蓮南南東方海面，向西北移動，暴風圈正逐漸進入臺灣東南部陸地及恆春半島，對全臺各地及澎湖、馬祖、金門構成威脅。
