中央氣象局今天凌晨發布中度颱風麥德姆陸上颱風警報，宜蘭、花蓮、台東及南投列為警戒區，預測颱風23日清晨由宜蘭、花蓮登陸機率高。

今年第1個直接襲台的颱風麥德姆逼近，氣象局凌晨2時30分發布第10號麥德姆陸上及海上颱風警報。

最新資料顯示，麥德姆目前位於台灣鵝鑾鼻東南東方510公里，以每小時23公里速度，北北西轉西北進行，暴風圈已進入巴士海峽，對花蓮、台東、宜蘭及南投地區將構成威脅。

氣象局表示，花蓮、台東（含綠島、蘭嶼）、宜蘭及南投地區列為陸上警戒範圍，應嚴加戒備並防強風豪雨。

海上部份，巴士海峽、台灣東南部（含綠島、蘭嶼）海面、台灣東北部海面及台灣北部海面航行及作業船隻應嚴加戒備。

颱風外圍環流影響，今天起各地沿海風浪逐漸增強，伴隨較強陣風；恆春半島、台灣東半部及西南部沿海地區已有長浪發生，前往海邊活動請注意安全。(中央社)
