Nero Recode 藍光片抓不到字幕

不知道網路上有沒有前輩是用Nero Record來轉檔的。我最近買了Nero Platinum 2014版，想要用內附的Nero Recode來轉檔，把一些以後大概會比較少看的藍光iso檔轉成Mpeg-4檔案後燒到光碟裡以節省硬碟空間。

但我在轉檔時發現，不管我怎麼設定，轉檔時的字幕選擇選項都是空白的，沒有字幕可以選擇，所以轉出來的片全部都沒有字幕。請想問有用過Nero Recode的前輩到底要怎麼設定，才能夠讓藍光片的字幕顯示出來。

另外我原本想說是不是因為電腦設定的問題，不過我分別在桌機(AMD Phenom II X4 960開6核)和筆電(i7-4600U)上都試過了，字幕選擇選項一樣都是空白，所以我想應該不是電腦設備或驅動程式的問題。
