抱歉請問版上的大大們 . . . .

小弟的女友目前在特殊教育機構(星星兒)上班
但她在那邊遇到一些工作上的問題
主要是機構的評鑑和與同事上相處有點小問題
評鑑方面是主管及同事的意見不合導致我女友無法準備資料所以怕耽誤到機構的評鑑
再來是同事方面很愛推事及佔人小便宜且小主管還會毛手毛腳(小主管也是女性)
還有機構方面還會要求員工假日出勤但卻沒有給予相關的工資或是補休
種種問題造成我女友心情相當差且已經影響到日常作息(失眠)
因為她不想放棄目前這份工作
請問各位大大有沒有甚麼方式能讓她比較能紓壓及放鬆呢
